Terms for using Quoblex

Who this site is for

The site and the services behind it are meant for companies and the owners who act on their behalf. Personal, family and household uses are outside what we offer.

Being accurate

Everything you type and every file you upload must be true, complete and not misleading. We build our work on it. Let us know quickly if any detail changes.

No promised result

What we write is professional opinion, not a guarantee. Quoblex cannot assure you that a plan succeeds, that any funding source replies, or that an offer follows. The business decisions are yours.

Fees

Nothing is charged to send a request. Should we propose more work, the scope and price will be put in writing and we will not begin until you accept. When outside capital is part of a plan, the provider sets its cost and shows it to you.

Electronic signatures

A signature you type or draw on our form carries the same weight as one in ink. You also agree that we may store and send records in electronic form.

Calls and messages

By sending a request you allow Quoblex to reach you by phone, email and text about that request, including through automated systems. Carrier fees may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or tell us by other means to end calls and emails. Agreeing to this is not required to receive anything from us.

Limits on liability

As far as the law permits, Quoblex owes nothing for indirect or consequential harm, or for profit you did not make, that results from using this site or following our advice. For any one claim, what we owe is capped at the fees you paid for the work concerned. A liability the law will not let us cap stays uncapped.

Governing law

State of formation: To be announced. The law of that state applies to these terms, and its courts hear any dispute.

Updates to these terms

We may revise the terms. The version shown here, with its start date, is the one in force. If you keep using the site after a revision, you accept it.
